This policy explains what personal information we collect through americasgotsoccer.com, our registration and booking forms, and our text and email messages, and how we use it.

When you register for a league, program, camp or event, book a field or party, or create an account, we collect:
- Your name, email address and mobile phone number.
- Participant details you give us, such as a player's name, age or date of birth, team and any notes you add.
- Registration, booking and payment records, such as what you signed up for, dates and amounts paid. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical information when you use the website, such as your browser type, pages visited and cookies used for site analytics.
How we use it
- To process registrations, bookings and payments and send receipts.
- To send schedules, schedule changes, reminders and other information about programs you signed up for.
- To answer your questions and provide customer care.
- To send our newsletter if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To run, secure and improve our facility, programs and website.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our programs (for example payment processing, registration software, email and text message delivery and website hosting), and only so they can provide those services to us, or when required by law.

We keep registration and payment records for as long as needed to run our programs and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing email, by contacting us using the details below.
Children
Youth registrations are completed by a parent or guardian. We collect information about a child only from the parent or guardian and use it only to run the program the child is registered for.
Text messages (SMS terms)
Program name: Americas Got Soccer alerts.
What we send: registration confirmations, schedule changes, reminders, receipts and customer care messages about your registrations and bookings with Americas Got Soccer.
How you opt in: by providing your mobile number on our registration or booking forms you agree to receive these text messages from Americas Got Soccer.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will send no further text messages unless you opt in again.
